By using the A2Z Plumbing website or engaging our plumbing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

A2Z Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Huntsville, Madison, Athens, and surrounding North Alabama communities. Our services include but are not limited to water heater installation, drain cleaning, leak detection, sewer line repair, and emergency plumbing services.

Service Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Warranty

A2Z Plumbing stands behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

• Labor Warranty: All labor is warranted for a period specified at the time of service.
• Parts Warranty: Parts and equipment carry manufacturer warranties as specified.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with our work, contact us and we'll make it right.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications by others, or acts of nature.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• We strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window. We will contact you if any delays occur.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• For emergency services, we will respond as quickly as possible based on current demand and availability.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you authorize A2Z Plumbing technicians to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure clear access to the work area and inform us of any pets, security systems, or special access requirements.

Limitation of Liability

A2Z Plumbing's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
